Selling In Charlestown MA

Selling in Charlestown MA is a matter of desire it seems and happens fast sometimes. Alex and Nina sold their place with enough interest before it came on market, to earn a 5 day; one weekend, highest bids accepted on Monday sale. A day early 16 viewings took place with 2 offers. 9 Trenton St., Charlestown, MA. SOLD in two days; before the weekend and way over asking price!

A private roof deck, parking spot and being within 1.5 blocks of Bunker Hill Monument, helps. Alex subcontracted and did much of the renovation work himself.

Bill's two new garden seats and stones pair up nicely, and are fun to use together.

A Cedar Window Box

Alex and Nina are beautifully finishing their row home in Charlestown, MA to sell now and...

finding a hand made wooden window box lately isn't easy. The nice cedar ones here on "Etsy", are 36" wide ($70) and came in a week with mounting cleats. "De Meyer's Woodcrafts" plants a tree for every box ordered and ships them for free. They have 2 coats house trim over primer paint and Pansies that match the front door color blue.

Society Of The Claw

Bill and I have been inducted into Princeton University's "Society of the Claw" whose members have brought exceptional honor or done great service for Princeton (which has included Andrew Carnegie and Woodrow Wilson)! Founded in 1894, gold mounted authenticated tiger claws imported from India were the early keepsakes.

This year PU Reunions will be back on campus!

Milk Of Dreams

The boys are going to Venice this month to see "Milk of Dreams" and Bill's mentor; Toshiko Takaezu's work on exhibit there along with 213 others. This week, Christian took his metal welding unit to the studio to work with a Parisian welder and fix the broken clay mixer there...while Bill has worked every night to finish nine pieces for a glaze fire. Alex & Nina booked an Air B & B and we are double boosted. Go guys! Photo credit: Tom Grotta, 1998
