Making the move from Boston to Brooklyn with mortgage rates escalating has been strategic for Alex and Nina, who packed a rental truck to move the day they closed (held up 5 hrs.). Selling most their furniture initially helped with Leif, a friend and 2 hired helpers doing the job in 1.5 hrs. end of day. Alex flew to Boston next day to close there. Last Fall and this Spring I found time to fertilize my trellis flowers; a Climbing Hydrangea and New Dawn Climbing Rose. They have bloomed beautifully with granular organic Holly-tone.
