Saving A Seat

This eighteenth Century Queen Anne chair has a crack in it's seat across the middle and along the grain. It was repaired with a wood filler which has fallen out over time. I found a lovely upholstery cotton stripe fabric on sale as a close-out, and made a lined seat cushion which hides the crack completely. The room colors are greens and browns, so this blends right in.
