Bill has made a series of Ikebana vessels of all sizes and sold one this week at an exhibition in PA. It is lucky for us to have this pair still in our fern garden at home. These were slowly built with hand rolled coils of clay.
Now he is making a pair of ceramic garden seats which are much like the ones he sold in the Kansas City Art Museum. His large sculpture there nearly sold as well, but was only there for a week on display. We feel lucky to have another pair of these lovely garden seats soon and his tall sculpture still here. Below is the process.
